About Me
To paraphrase a country song, “I was UX before UX was cool.” My natural curiosity has allowed me to work in all aspects of a software development lifecycle (SDLC) model: Waterfall, Rational Unified Process, Agile and Pivotal. I understand how the User Experience (UX) discipline can be optimized within any framework. For me, UX should encompass user focused, data driven research, detailed system analysis, relationship building communication alignment with stakeholders, ability to conceptualize new designs and convert them to practical solutions, have an overarching strategic vision with the ability to align it to overall corporate strategy and to be able to lift fellow colleagues to strengthen their skills. My diverse client portfolio includes: defense, gaming, simulation, finance, health & wellness, eCommerce, professional services for both agency and in-house clients across: B2B B2C, SMB, SME and large enterprise. I proactively find ways to integrate dynamic, scalable and extensible solutions to all opportunities. I advocate for user needs throughout the entire software development process.
